Voit tulla myymään kulta- ja hopeatuotteesi myymäläämme (Fabianinkatu 12, 00100 Helsinki) aukioloaikoinamme ilman ajanvarausta. Otathan mukaan henkilötodistuksesi (passi tai henkilökortti). Tarkastamme tuotteesi odottaessa ja suoritamme maksun joko pankkitilillesi tai summasta riippuen käteisenä (max 1000 euroa).
Mikäli et pääse paikan päälle, voit lähettää tuotteesi meille myös postitse valitsemallasi lähetystyypillä. Suosittelemme käyttämään postivakuutettua lähetystä, mutta vähintään sellaista lähetystä, johon saat seurantatunnuksen. Tämän tunnuksen pyydämme sinua lähettämään myös meille sähköpostitse tavex@tavex.fi, kun olet saanut paketin matkaan. Paketin sisään laita puhelinnumerosi sekä tilinumerosi.
Kun olemme noutaneet lähetyksen postista, tarkastamme tuotteet, jonka jälkeen soitamme sinulle ja vahvistamme tuotteistasi maksettavan hinnan. Hinta on sama, jonka löydät myös sivuiltamme tuolla hetkellä. Kun olet hyväksynyt kaupan, suoritamme maksun pankkitilillesi.
